We Are Not Building a School.
We Are Building a Generation.

Nairobi's first African-identity, faith-rooted school — where excellence, wisdom, and integrity are not values on a wall. They are the texture of every day.

Our Three Pillars

The Moral Architecture of Fahari

These are not decorative themes. They shape how children are taught, how teachers are expected to lead, and what kind of people we hope learners will become.

Excellence at Fahari

Fahari

Excellence

We pursue distinction in everything — in learning, conduct, and contribution to family and nation. Fahari is not arrogance; it is the dignity of one who has given their very best.

Colossians 3:23

Wisdom at Fahari

Ujuzi

Wisdom

Learning that goes beyond examinations — building understanding of the world, of self, and of our place in Africa’s unfolding story. Ujuzi is knowledge applied with wisdom and humility.

Proverbs 2:6

Integrity at Fahari

Uadilifu

Integrity

To do right even when unseen. To serve the community as well as the self. Uadilifu is the moral spine that makes all other achievements meaningful.

Micah 6:8

The Eagle's Journey

From Nest to Sky

Every child progresses through four distinct phases, each building on the last — from the safety of the nest to the confidence of flight.

Why Fahari Is Different

Not Just a School. A Thoughtful Way of Raising Children.

01

We Admit Families, Not Just Children

At Fahari, the parent is as important as the child. We invite families who share our conviction that education is formation — intellectual, moral, relational, and spiritual. The Covenant Signing is not a formality; it is a 45-minute conversation about partnership.

02

Faith Is Our Foundation, Not Our Decoration

Every system in the school — from how we teach to how we discipline to how we hire — is grounded in a Christian understanding of human dignity, stewardship, and purpose. This is not a religious programme bolted on. It is the ground everything else stands on.

03

African Identity Is an Asset

We do not teach children to become vague versions of themselves. We teach them to know where they come from, to honour the richness of African thought and heritage, and to carry that rootedness into the world with confidence.

04

Teachers Are Formed, Not Just Hired

Our teachers go through an eight-stage recruitment process, a demonstration lesson with real learners, and six months of supported probation. Then they enter the Fahari CPD Pathway — because a school is only as good as the adults in the room.

05

Technology Is Purposefully Integrated

Every learner accesses the Kurasa digital workspace for research, reflection, and portfolio building. But the tablet never replaces the teacher. Technology at Fahari serves the lesson, not the other way around.

06

Character Is the Curriculum’s Co-Goal

Academic results matter deeply. But a child who performs brilliantly and lacks integrity is not a Fahari success. Character formation — honesty, courage, self-control, responsibility — is woven into every lesson, every transition, every day.

A Voice From the Founding

We are building more than a school. We are building a generation of Africans who see clearly, think deeply, act rightly, and rise — as eagles rise — not by fleeing their ground, but by mastering the wind.
