Prepare
Before You Start Your Application
You will need to have the following ready before beginning your application:
Child's birth certificate (PDF or photo, max 5MB)
Child's passport photo — 3 recent copies (digital, taken within 3 months)
Child's most recent two school reports (Grades 2 and above)
A letter from the previous school headteacher — must address conduct, attendance, and character
National ID or passport for both parents/guardians
Proof of residence — utility bill or lease agreement showing current address
Your Parent Motivation Letter — 300–500 words (you will write this directly in the application form; allow 30–45 minutes)
KES 2,000 application processing fee (paid via M-Pesa at the final step)
The application takes approximately 45–60 minutes to complete. You can save your progress and return to it at any time. Your account login will become your Parent Portal if your child is accepted.
