The Fahari Family

Fahari is more than a school. It is a covenant community of parents, teachers, learners, and partners \u2014 united by shared values and a shared purpose.

The Fahari Covenant

Our Promise to Every Family

“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.”

Proverbs 22:6

At Fahari School, we recognise that when a parent or guardian entrusts a child to a school, they entrust more than fees, attendance, and academic expectation. They entrust hope, influence, formation, and future. We therefore receive that trust with reverence, humility, and seriousness.

We commit to see your child not merely as a learner in a system, but as a person of dignity, worth, and God-given purpose. We commit to teach with excellence, to lead with wisdom, and to act with integrity. We commit to communicate with honesty \u2014 we will not flatter where correction is needed, and we will not be careless where encouragement is deserved.

I

We Will See Your Child

Your child will not be treated as a number. We will strive to know them, understand them, and attend to their growth with care and seriousness.

II

We Will Challenge Your Child

We will not make school easy for the sake of comfort. We will make it meaningful, disciplined, and worthy of their potential.

III

We Will Form Their Character

Academic success without character is incomplete. We will intentionally nurture integrity, responsibility, humility, courage, and respect.

IV

We Will Honour Who They Are

We will treat your child’s identity, heritage, language, and story with dignity. African rootedness is a strength, not an afterthought.

V

We Will Be Honest With You

We will communicate truthfully, promptly, and constructively. Where there is concern, we will raise it. Where we are wrong, we will acknowledge it.

VI

We Will Keep Them Safe

We will labour to protect the physical, emotional, relational, and digital wellbeing of every child entrusted to our care.

Our Declaration

Not a Transaction, but a Covenant

At Fahari School, we do not regard parental trust as a transaction.

We regard it as a covenant.

We therefore pledge to carry the Fahari name in a manner worthy of the children and families who place their confidence in us. We make this commitment in faith, in humility, and in resolve.
